Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution for any quality issues.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, carefully examine your beverage shipment for any signs of leakage, breakage, or incorrect items before opening the seals.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product labels to help our quality control team verify the claim with our couriers.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and the gathered photos to receive a return authorization or a direct replacement approval.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement batch at no additional cost.
